PRO subscription

Come lo annullo? L'abbonamento è gestito dallo store da cui l'hai acquistato:

How do I cancel it? The subscription is managed by the store you bought it from:

• iPhone: Impostazioni → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti → PokerWinnings → Annulla abbonamento.
• Android: app Google Play → icona del profilo → Pagamenti e abbonamenti → Abbonamenti → PokerWinnings → Annulla.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PokerWinnings → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PokerWinnings → Cancel.

Se annulli, il PRO resta attivo fino alla fine del periodo già pagato. Disinstallare l'app non annulla l'abbonamento.

If you cancel, PRO stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Ho cambiato telefono e non vedo più il PRO. Entra con lo stesso account e tocca Ripristina acquisti nella schermata PRO. Usa lo stesso account Apple o Google con cui hai acquistato.

I changed phone and PRO is gone. Sign in with the same account and tap Restore purchases on the PRO screen. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

Rimborsi: li gestiscono Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) e Google (dalla cronologia ordini di Google Play), secondo le loro regole.

Refunds: they are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and Google (from your Google Play order history), under their rules.

Ho dimenticato la password. Nella schermata di accesso tocca Password dimenticata?: ti inviamo via email un codice per crearne una nuova.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?: we email you a code to create a new one.

Come cambio la valuta? Profilo → Valuta principale. Ogni sessione resta nella sua valuta e viene convertita al cambio del giorno in cui l'hai giocata.

How do I change currency? Profile → Main currency. Each session keeps its own currency and is converted at the exchange rate of the day you played it.

Ho cancellato una sessione per errore. Profilo → Cestino → Ripristina. Le sessioni restano nel Cestino per 30 giorni.

I deleted a session by mistake. Profile → Trash → Restore. Sessions stay in the Trash for 30 days.

Come esporto i miei dati? Profilo → Esporta i miei dati: ricevi un file CSV da aprire con Excel, Numbers o Google Fogli. È gratis, anche senza PRO.

How do I export my data? Profile → Export my data: you get a CSV file to open with Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. It is free, even without PRO.
