• Cosa salviamo: la tua email, le sessioni che inserisci (luoghi, giochi, importi, orari, note), le preferenze, le foto che scegli di caricare e i messaggi che ci mandi dall'app.
• Perché: per far funzionare l'app e calcolare le tue statistiche. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. La versione gratuita mostra pubblicità di Google, personalizzata solo con il tuo consenso. Ti mandiamo novità e offerte via email solo se l'hai scelto tu (al massimo 1 a settimana).
• Chi li vede: solo tu. Nessun altro utente può vedere le tue sessioni o le tue foto. Noi non guardiamo i dati del tuo account: lo facciamo solo se ce lo chiedi tu per assistenza, per fermare un abuso o un problema di sicurezza, o se lo impone la legge. I dati viaggiano e sono salvati in forma cifrata.
• Dove sono: su server sicuri nell'Unione Europea (Supabase).
• I tuoi diritti: puoi scaricare, correggere o eliminare i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento, anche dall'app.
• Domande: support@pokerwinnings.app.

• What we store: your email, the sessions you enter (places, games, amounts, times, notes), your preferences, the photos you choose to upload and the messages you send us from the app.
• Why: to make the app work and calculate your stats. We do not sell your data. The free version shows Google ads, personalised only with your consent. We send you news and offers by email only if you chose to (at most 1 a week).
• Who sees it: only you. No other user can see your sessions or photos. We do not look at your account data: we only do so if you ask us for support, to stop abuse or a security problem, or when the law requires it. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Where it is: on secure servers in the European Union (Supabase).
• Your rights: you can download, correct or delete your data at any time, also from inside the app.

2. Quali dati trattiamo

• Account: indirizzo email, password (salvata solo in forma cifrata, non la possiamo leggere), nome che scegli di mostrare, foto profilo se la carichi, data di creazione dell'account.
• Contenuti che inserisci: sessioni di gioco (tipo di gioco, luogo, date e orari, buy-in, rebuy, add-on, vincite, valuta, note), luoghi e giochi che crei, foto dei luoghi se le carichi, sessioni nel Cestino.
• Preferenze: valuta principale, lingua, formato di date e numeri, mani all'ora, impostazione dello sblocco con impronta, la tua scelta su novità e offerte via email (e la data in cui l'hai attivata).
• Messaggi di assistenza: se usi "Segnala un problema o un'idea" o ci scrivi via email: il testo, gli screenshot che alleghi, il modello del telefono e la versione dell'app.
• Acquisti: se ti abboni a PRO, il tipo di abbonamento, le date di inizio, rinnovo e scadenza, lo stato della prova gratuita, il paese e il prezzo. Il pagamento lo gestiscono Google Play o l'App Store: non riceviamo mai i dati della tua carta.
• Pubblicità (solo versione gratuita): l'identificativo pubblicitario del dispositivo, l'indirizzo IP, informazioni sul dispositivo e sulle interazioni con gli annunci, trattati da Google AdMob (vedi punto 7).
• Dati tecnici: indirizzo IP, data e ora degli accessi, tipo di dispositivo e sistema operativo, versione dell'app, registri tecnici (log) dei nostri server, usati per sicurezza e funzionamento.

• Account: email address, password (stored only in hashed form; we cannot read it), the name you choose to display, your profile photo if you upload one, account creation date.
• Content you enter: playing sessions (game type, place, dates and times, buy-ins, rebuys, add-ons, cash-outs, currency, notes), the places and games you create, place photos if you upload them, sessions in the Trash.
• Preferences: main currency, language, date and number format, hands per hour, fingerprint unlock setting, your choice about news and offers by email (and the date you turned it on).
• Support messages: if you use "Report a problem or an idea" or email us: the text, any screenshots you attach, your phone model and the app version.
• Purchases: if you subscribe to PRO, the subscription type, start, renewal and expiry dates, free-trial status, country and price. Payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store: we never receive your card details.
• Advertising (free version only): the device advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interactions, processed by Google AdMob (see section 7).
• Technical data: IP address, date and time of access, device type and operating system, app version, technical logs of our servers, used for security and operation.

Impronta digitale e Face ID: lo sblocco biometrico è gestito interamente dal tuo telefono. Non riceviamo né salviamo mai dati biometrici.

Fingerprint and Face ID: biometric unlock is handled entirely by your phone. We never receive or store biometric data.

Non ti chiediamo dati particolari (salute, opinioni, ecc.) e ti chiediamo di non inserirne nelle note. Non raccogliamo la tua posizione GPS: i luoghi sono solo quelli che scrivi tu.

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, opinions, etc.) and ask you not to put any in your notes. We do not collect your GPS location: places are only the ones you type in.

• Fornirti l'app (account, salvataggio e sincronizzazione delle sessioni, statistiche, foto, esportazione, cestino): esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Gestire l'abbonamento PRO (verificare gli acquisti, rinnovi, prova gratuita, ripristino degli acquisti): esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b).
• Email di servizio (codici di verifica, recupero password, cambio email): esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b).
• Rispondere alle richieste di assistenza e migliorare l'app con le tue segnalazioni: legittimo interesse a offrire un servizio che funziona (art. 6.1.f).
• Sicurezza (prevenire abusi, accessi non autorizzati e frodi; registri tecnici): legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f).
• Pubblicità personalizzata nella versione gratuita: consenso (art. 6.1.a), che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento. Senza consenso mostriamo solo annunci non personalizzati, basati sul nostro legittimo interesse a finanziare la versione gratuita (art. 6.1.f).
• Novità e offerte via email (al massimo 1 email a settimana), solo se hai spuntato la casella alla registrazione o attivato l'interruttore in Profilo: consenso (art. 6.1.a). Puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento dal Profilo o con il link "disiscriviti" presente in ogni email.
• Obblighi di legge (contabilità e fisco relativi alle vendite, richieste delle autorità): obbligo legale (art. 6.1.c).

• Providing the app (account, saving and syncing sessions, statistics, photos, export, trash): performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing the PRO subscription (verifying purchases, renewals, free trial, restoring purchases): performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Service emails (verification codes, password reset, email change): performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Answering support requests and improving the app from your reports: legitimate interest in offering a service that works (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Security (preventing abuse, unauthorised access and fraud; technical logs): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Personalised advertising in the free version: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Without consent we only show non-personalised ads, based on our legitimate interest in funding the free version (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• News and offers by email (at most 1 email a week), only if you ticked the box at sign-up or turned on the switch in Profile: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time from Profile or with the "unsubscribe" link in every email.
• Legal obligations (accounting and tax for sales, requests from authorities): legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Non usiamo i tuoi dati per decisioni automatizzate o profilazione con effetti giuridici su di te (art. 22 GDPR). Non vendiamo né affittiamo i tuoi dati a nessuno.

Le tue sessioni e le tue foto sono visibili solo a te. Per far funzionare l'app ci affidiamo a questi fornitori, che trattano i dati per nostro conto e secondo le nostre istruzioni (responsabili del trattamento, art. 28 GDPR):

Your sessions and photos are visible only to you. To run the app we rely on these providers, who process data on our behalf and on our instructions (processors, Art. 28 GDPR):

• Supabase Inc. – database, autenticazione e archiviazione delle foto. I dati sono ospitati in un data center nell'Unione Europea.
• Resend Inc. – invio delle email di servizio (codici, recupero password), delle email con novità e offerte se le hai scelte, e dei riepiloghi delle segnalazioni al nostro supporto.
• RevenueCat Inc. – gestione e verifica degli abbonamenti. Riceve un identificativo anonimo del tuo account (non la tua email) e i dati dell'acquisto.
• Netlify Inc. – hosting del sito pokerwinnings.app (registri tecnici delle visite, come l'indirizzo IP).

• Supabase Inc. – database, authentication and photo storage. Data is hosted in a data centre in the European Union.
• Resend Inc. – sending service emails (codes, password reset), news and offers emails if you chose them, and support report digests to our team.
• RevenueCat Inc. – managing and verifying subscriptions. It receives an anonymous identifier of your account (not your email) and the purchase data.
• Netlify Inc. – hosting of the website pokerwinnings.app (technical visit logs, such as the IP address).

Per i tassi di cambio l'app usa dati pubblici (Banca Centrale Europea tramite Frankfurter, e Rates By Exchange Rate API): a questi servizi non inviamo alcun tuo dato personale.

For exchange rates the app uses public data (European Central Bank via Frankfurter, and Rates By Exchange Rate API): we send none of your personal data to these services.

5. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea

I contenuti che inserisci nell'app sono conservati nell'UE. Alcuni fornitori (Resend, RevenueCat, Netlify, Google) hanno sede negli Stati Uniti e possono trattare alcuni dati anche lì. In questi casi il trasferimento è protetto dalla decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea sull'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, per le società certificate, oppure dalle Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione (art. 46 GDPR). Puoi chiederci una copia delle garanzie scrivendo a support@pokerwinnings.app.

The content you enter in the app is stored in the EU. Some providers (Resend, RevenueCat, Netlify, Google) are based in the United States and may process some data there. In those cases the transfer is protected by the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for certified companies, or by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission (Art. 46 GDPR). You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at support@pokerwinnings.app.

6. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

• Account e contenuti: finché hai l'account. Quando lo elimini, cancelliamo subito e in modo definitivo profilo, sessioni, luoghi, giochi, foto e messaggi di assistenza.
• Consenso a novità e offerte: finché non lo revochi o elimini l'account. Dopo la revoca non ti scriviamo più.
• Sessioni nel Cestino: eliminate definitivamente dopo 30 giorni, o prima se svuoti il Cestino.
• Messaggi di assistenza: finché servono a gestire la tua richiesta e al massimo 24 mesi, o fino all'eliminazione dell'account.
• Dati degli acquisti: per il tempo richiesto dalla legge fiscale e contabile (a Malta fino a 10 anni), limitati a quanto necessario.
• Registri tecnici: per un periodo breve, di norma non oltre 90 giorni.
• Copie di sicurezza (backup): i dati cancellati possono restare nei backup tecnici dei fornitori per un breve periodo, al massimo 30 giorni, prima di essere sovrascritti.

• Account and content: for as long as you have an account. When you delete it, we immediately and permanently erase your profile, sessions, places, games, photos and support messages.
• Consent to news and offers: until you withdraw it or delete your account. After you withdraw it, we stop writing to you.
• Sessions in the Trash: permanently deleted after 30 days, or earlier if you empty the Trash.
• Support messages: as long as needed to handle your request and at most 24 months, or until you delete your account.
• Purchase data: for the period required by tax and accounting law (in Malta up to 10 years), limited to what is necessary.
• Technical logs: for a short period, normally no longer than 90 days.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in providers' technical backups for a short time, at most 30 days, before being overwritten.

La versione gratuita mostra annunci forniti da Google AdMob. Al primo avvio, se ti trovi nello Spazio Economico Europeo, nel Regno Unito o in Svizzera, ti chiediamo il consenso con un modulo di Google. Puoi scegliere:

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. On first launch, if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent with a Google form. You can choose:

• Accetto: Google e i suoi partner possono usare l'identificativo pubblicitario e altri dati del dispositivo per mostrarti annunci personalizzati e misurarne i risultati.
• Non accetto: vedrai annunci non personalizzati, basati solo sul contesto (per esempio l'app che stai usando e la posizione approssimativa ricavata dall'IP).

• Accept: Google and its partners may use the advertising identifier and other device data to show you personalised ads and measure their performance.
• Do not accept: you will see non-personalised ads, based only on context (for example the app you are using and the approximate location derived from your IP address).

Puoi cambiare idea in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni privacy dell'app, oppure reimpostare o disattivare l'ID pubblicità dalle impostazioni del telefono. Su iPhone ti chiediamo anche il permesso di tracciamento (App Tracking Transparency). Con l'abbonamento PRO non vedi pubblicità. Maggiori informazioni: come Google usa i dati delle app partner.

You can change your mind at any time from the app's privacy settings, or reset or turn off the advertising ID in your phone settings. 8. Sicurezza

Proteggiamo i tuoi dati con misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate: connessioni sempre cifrate (HTTPS/TLS), password salvate solo in forma cifrata, regole di accesso nel database che permettono a ciascun utente di leggere e modificare solo i propri dati, foto archiviate in uno spazio privato, accesso amministrativo limitato al titolare. Nessun sistema è sicuro al 100%: se dovesse verificarsi una violazione dei dati che ti riguarda, ti avviseremo e informeremo l'autorità competente come previsto dalla legge.

Il nostro impegno sui tuoi dati: non guardiamo le sessioni, le note o le foto del tuo account. Accediamo ai dati di un singolo account solo se ce lo chiedi tu per assistenza, per fermare un abuso o un problema di sicurezza, o se lo impone la legge. Per migliorare l'app usiamo solo numeri aggregati e anonimi (per esempio quante sessioni vengono salvate in un mese), che non permettono di risalire a te.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: always-encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), passwords stored only in hashed form, database access rules that let each user read and change only their own data, photos kept in private storage, administrative access limited to the controller. No system is 100% secure: if a data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

Our commitment about your data: we do not look at the sessions, notes or photos in your account. We access a single account's data only if you ask us for support, to stop abuse or a security problem, or when the law requires it. To improve the app we only use aggregated, anonymous figures (for example how many sessions are saved in a month), which cannot be traced back to you.

Molte cose le puoi fare da solo nell'app: Profilo → Esporta i miei dati (file CSV), modifica di profilo, sessioni, luoghi e giochi, e Profilo → Elimina account. Potremmo chiederti di scriverci dall'email dell'account, per verificare che sei tu.

You can do much of this yourself in the app: Profile → Export my data (CSV file), editing your profile, sessions, places and games, and Profile → Delete account. We may ask you to write from your account email, to verify it is you.

PokerWinnings è destinata solo a persone maggiorenni (18 anni o l'età maggiore prevista nel tuo Paese). Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori: se scopriamo che un account appartiene a un minore, lo eliminiamo.

PokerWinnings is intended for adults only (18 or the higher age of majority in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from minors: if we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

Il sito pokerwinnings.app non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica: ricorda solo la lingua che scegli, nella memoria del browser. L'app salva sul telefono solo ciò che serve a funzionare (la sessione di accesso e le tue preferenze); la pubblicità usa l'ID pubblicitario come descritto al punto 7.

The website pokerwinnings.app uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools: it only remembers the language you choose, in your browser storage. The app stores on your phone only what it needs to work (your sign-in session and preferences); advertising uses the advertising ID as described in section 7.
